At Ruba Hair, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive premium-quality raw Vietnamese hair in perfect condition.
Processing Times
All orders require processing before dispatch.
- Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
- Custom or made-to-order wigs: 5–10 business days
- During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders directly from Manchester.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners, occasional delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues may occur.
Ruba Hair cannot guarantee delivery dates once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
